When the going gets tough, my bikes can be depended upon.

The name of my bike company is Grognard [gro-nyär], which is French for "old soldier". To me a steel bike is like a tough old soldier - they both do their jobs reliably, while giving no complaints and asking nothing in return. Just like you can depend on the old soldier to be there when the going gets tough, so too can my steel bikes be depended upon.

I have two goals as a bike builder. The first is to help people realize how good a bike can feel and ride, from the first mile to the 1,000th mile and beyond. The second goal is to build that good-feeling bike safe, strong and straight. I'm not trying to reinvent the bike. I'm just creating great bikes that will be there for you for years to come.
